1. Who we are
Gaucho Plugins is a product line of Brand on Fire LLC (“Gaucho Plugins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We develop and sell WordPress plugins and related digital software products through gauchoplugins.com and our individual product websites (including, among others, paymentpageplugin.com, splitpayplugin.com, chinapaymentsplugin.com, and customerportalplugin.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our products and websites.
2. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Gaucho Plugins product, or by completing a purchase through any of our checkout channels (including purchases completed by an authorized AI agent acting on your behalf), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
3. Products and licenses
Our products are digital software (WordPress plugins) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. When you purchase a premium license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product on the number of websites specified by your license tier, for the duration of your license term.
- License term: Unless stated otherwise at checkout, licenses are annual and include plugin updates and support for the duration of the term.
- Renewals: If your purchase is a subscription, it renews automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and your license remains active until the end of the paid term.
- Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products or license keys except as expressly permitted (e.g., agency use on client sites within your licensed site quota), and you may not remove or circumvent licensing functionality.
- Open source: Our plugins’ PHP code is licensed under the GPL to the extent required by WordPress licensing. The license you purchase covers license keys, updates, support, and premium services.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on each product’s website and at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment processors (including Stripe, Inc. and Freemius, Inc., depending on the product and checkout channel). By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
5. Delivery
Products and license keys are delivered electronically, immediately after successful payment, via on-screen confirmation and/or email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your license key within a few minutes, contact support@gauchoplugins.com and we will resend it.

7. Support
Active license holders receive email support at support@gauchoplugins.com. We aim to respond within two business days. Support covers installation, configuration, and defects in our products; it does not cover custom development or third-party conflicts beyond reasonable troubleshooting.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products or websites for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We may suspend or terminate licenses obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
9. Third-party services
Our products integrate with third-party services (for example, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe, Inc. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated, our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand on Fire LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Brand on Fire LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
