Every premium license purchased from Gaucho Plugins (Brand on Fire LLC) — whether on gauchoplugins.com or any of our individual product websites — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full. No questionnaires, no hoops.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@gauchoplugins.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or license reference.
  3. That’s it — we process the refund, typically within 2 business days of your request.

How refunds are issued

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
  • Upon refund, the associated license key is deactivated and your right to use the premium product ends.

Digital products — no physical returns

Our products are digital software delivered electronically (license keys and downloads). There is nothing physical to ship back; the refund process above takes the place of a traditional return.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date — your license remains active until the end of the paid term.

After 30 days

Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not covered by the guarantee, but contact us anyway — we review them case by case in good faith, particularly where a product defect prevented use.
